Having worked in commercial banking and micro-finance in three different countries, Nosa brings a perspective to community lending that sees him taking an advisory approach to underwriting. He firmly believes that access to capital is not the number one challenge entrepreneurs face. Access to 'smart capital' is. Financial institutions need to understand their clients' businesses enough to provide the right type of funding at the right time and in the right amount to lead to success. As an immigrant himself, he relates with the many immigrant entrepreneurs working tirelessly to get a share of the American dream.
